Transformation with Training of trainers….. multiplying their impact.

Building capacities and skills for Dreama members to empower their expertise, create and keep a pool of high-quality expert trainers. The Dreama team pioneered and was able to deliver training material through the Designed program on Children’s rights to other members.

20 local trainers were able to cascade their skills and knowledge.

The training was organized by Dreama and geneva iNstitute for Human rights

The training focused on a practical, participatory method that brings together several trainees and strengthens the relationships among them to achieve the goal of training. New positive and creative methods were adopted that enable the trainees to participate in providing information, and this method was reflected on the trainees. ils.
