My training Philosophy
At the heart of every training, participants may not be equal, but they are of equal value.
My training philosophy is based on FIVE (Frameless, Inclusiveness, Vita, and Empathy)
- Frameless: Change the way we learn
- Inclusiveness: Every voice matters
- Vita: Empowering, enjoyable and happy training space.
- Empathy: I understand how they feel and support in a unique way.
In my training, I am keen to:
- Do no Harm: familiarize myself with the context and the background of the participants.
- Educate, empower, and mobilize creativity and motivation.
- Develop innovative participatory tools, critical thinking tactics, and creative training materials.
- Empower peer to peer learning and provide supportive, empowering, enjoyable and happy spaces.
- Strengthen the knowledge, skills, attitudes and behavior.
- Create a safe space where everyone feels secure and comfortable, and shares openly in a supportive atmosphere.
- Meet the needs expressed by trainees in a fast, flexible and relevant manner.
- Respond to participants’ needs through Learning Needs Assessment.
- Conduct meaningful risk analysis for the workshop in order to have flexible contingency plans.
- Strengthen solidarity and follow up and connect with participants.
My training concept is based on Popular Education, when we all learn together, start with our experiences, add new tools and other inputs, and then put everything into practice. I Keep in mind the well-being needs of participants, as well as physical and digital security aspects.
I believe that effective training must include all three learning domains. It is not enough to merely transfer knowledge and skills. For training to be genuinely effective – and sustainable – trainees must be convinced of the need to change their behavior (motivation learning domain).
Further I embrace methodologies and contents that are carefully curated and clearly communicated so that participants through.
- participatory and proactive approach
- Frameless, varied and engaging learning activities (discussions, role plays, presentations, brainstorming, feedback, exercises, eye-openers for the motivation, realistic scenario and cased based etc).
