Dr. Khouloud AlKhatib represented The Lebanese Organization for Defending Equality and Rights- LOUDER and participated in the Conference “The Protection of Human Rights in Police Activities”, under the patronage of the ISF General Directorate. This conference is organized in the framework of the European Union-funded project “Technical Assistance to the Lebanese Internal Security Forces” implemented by B&S Europe.
The conference aimed to shed the light on the improved coordination and information sharing among the Human Rights /Security sector stakeholders and considered the contribution to Lebanon’s security institutions and efforts to ensure the implementation of an effective Human Rights protection mechanism. The conference was held on the 5th of December 2018 from 10:00 to 13:30 at the Internal Security Forces Academy, Hall of Major General Ahmad El Hage, Aramoun.
